The Committee on Roads and Transportation moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 2346 -- “A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §17A-3-14a, relating to requiring the Commissioner of the Division of Motor Vehicles to conduct a study on the feasibility of the use of flat registration plates for motor vehicle registration; criteria to be included in study; report of findings and results of the study.”
